What is Telehealth for?
Get advice, treatment options, and prescriptions online. Use telehealth when you have health concerns that can't wait for your next primary care appointment, such as pink eye, a cold, the flu, fever, sinus infection, diabetes issues, and other common health conditions.
A telehealth doctor can assess your condition, provide a treatment plan, and send a prescription to your pharmacy if needed. Mental health visits are also available!
To use our telehealth offices is free! Your insurance plan's co-pay and fees may be charged based on your health plan.
Why Telehealth?
Tri Counties Community Action Partnership is proud to continue our ongoing collaboration with the Glenn County Health and Human Services Agency. The Glenn County Community Action Department is able to host these free telehealth spaces to the Glenn County Community thanks to funding awarded by the County Medical Service Providers Grant and the Local Indigent Care Needs Grant.
