Appointment Reminder Text Messages
If you affirmatively opt in, TCCAP may send appointment reminder text messages to the mobile number you provide. Message frequency varies based on your appointments and scheduling activity. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Sharing of Information
TCCAP does not sell or rent personal information. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. TCCAP may disclose information to subcontractors, vendors, aggregators, or service providers when reasonably necessary to provide or support TCCAP services, such as customer service, technology, communications, or text message delivery. TCCAP may also disclose information when required or permitted by applicable law, or when reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, security, or the integrity of TCCAP services.
All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the Text Message services.

TCCAP uses appropriate administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and TCCAP cannot guarantee absolute security.

TCCAP retains personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide services, fulfill the purposes for which the information was collected, meet operational or contractual requirements, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, or comply with applicable law.
Your Choices
You may choose not to receive appointment reminder text messages or may withdraw your consent at any time by replying STOP. Opting out of text messages does not prevent you from receiving TCCAP services. You may contact TCCAP to ask questions about your information or communication preferences.

TCCAP may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The current version will be posted publicly on TCCAP’s website and will identify its effective date.
