Introduction
Welcome to Tri Counties Community Action Partnership (TCCAP). By accessing or using our services and/or programs, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.
Care Coordination Communication
TCCAP may send text messages to individuals who provide a mobile number and opt in to receive appointment-related communications. Messages are intended to support access to TCCAP services and may include appointment reminders, confirmations, scheduling or rescheduling information, and other service-related appointment notices. These messages are not marketing or promotional messages.
SMS/Messaging Terms
Opt-In and Consent: By providing your mobile number and affirmatively opting in to the TCCAP Appointment Reminder SMS System, you consent to receive appointment reminder text messages from TCCAP at the number provided. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of receiving TCCAP services.
Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your appointments and scheduling activity. Recurring messages may be sent when you have ongoing or multiple appointments.
Message and Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier and service plan.
Opt-Out: You may opt out of appointment reminder text messages at any time by replying STOP to a TCCAP text message. After opting out, you may receive a final message confirming your opt-out. You may also contact TCCAP using the information below for assistance with stopping messages.

Carrier Disclaimer: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Delivery: Text message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier and is not guaranteed. Do not rely on text messaging as your only source of appointment information.
Information Collection and Use
Personal Information: TCCAP may collect your name, phone number, and information reasonably necessary to provide services, maintain contact with you, and send appointment-related communications when you opt in.
Use of Information: Information collected may be used to communicate with you about TCCAP programs and services, provide appointment reminders and scheduling information, and provide service-related updates.
Privacy
Your use of TCCAP services and the SMS appointment reminder program is also subject to TCCAP’s Privacy Policy. TCCAP does not sell or rent your personal information. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information may be shared with subcontractors or service providers when necessary to support services, such as customer service or text message delivery, subject to appropriate safeguards.
Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the Text Message services.
Data Security and Retention
TCCAP implements appropriate administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. TCCAP retains personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected or as required by applicable law.
User Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date contact information and for complying with applicable laws and regulations when using TCCAP services. If your mobile number changes or is reassigned, please notify TCCAP or opt out before discontinuing use of the number.
Changes to These Terms
TCCAP may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Updated terms will be posted publicly on TCCAP’s website and will identify the effective date. Continued use of applicable services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms to the extent permitted by law.
